Our founders are two fitness & health coaching professionals who have spent a combined 15 years training & mentoring. Saunas became a natural extension of that journey not just because of their incredible health benefits, but because they bring people together and create space for reflection, recovery, and growth.
At the heart of our work are the traditional values we were raised on integrity, honor, and our word is our bond. We believe in showing up with respect and following through on promises because this is an extension of our vision. That’s why customer service to us doesn’t stop when a sauna is delivered, it continues long after. Each supporter is a building block towards our ultimate goal.
Our vision is bigger than business. We’ve both been shaped by mentors, coaches, and communities that believed in us when we were young. Now it’s our turn to give that same opportunity to the next generation. A big part of our mission is to support underprivileged youth and young athletes, creating pathways for growth, character development and giving back wholeheartedly.
